Management

Our management team consists of a collection experience based in JIT Inventory Management, MRP, Inventory and Production Control, Design and Manufacturing Engineering. We are intensely competitive because of dedicated engineering, effective negotiation and cost control.

Total quality management

Southwest Cutters' quality program provided interim process controls such as raw material control, receiving, first article, in-process and final inspection, measuring and test equipment/tool and gauge control. These control practices are coordinated with the customer. Southwest Cutters has a customer compliant investigation department that quickly identifies and solves quality issues.

Equipment inventory and production capabilities

Our equipment inventory consists of some of the most advanced technology in today's sewing industry. We have over 500 sewing machines. We also have a plenitude of non-sewing equipment. We have a multi-module oriented production setup that gives us the ability to handle large and small quantity orders.

Labor force

We have access to some of the most skilled labor in El Paso / Juarez area. Our employees are trained in specialty sewing and cutting practices by our line supervisors. Specialty trainers have a collection knowledge base of 50 years.
